Privacy Policy

Last updated: [add date before publishing]

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction before publishing — requirements differ by state and country, especially around call recording consent and payment data.

Information we collect

When you contact us or book a demo, we collect the details you submit — name, business name, email, phone number, and any message you include. When your restaurant uses the product, we process call audio, transcripts, order details, and menu information on your behalf.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, set up and operate the service for your restaurant, improve how the AI performs, and communicate with you about your account.

Call recording & consent

Calls handled by the AI may be recorded and transcribed for order accuracy, quality, and dashboard purposes. Recording consent requirements vary by location — your account setup should reflect what applies where you operate.

Payment information

Payment is processed through a connected payment provider or a payment link sent by SMS. Card details are handled by that provider, not stored by us directly.

Data sharing

We don't sell customer or call data. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as telephony, hosting, or payment providers) under confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

You can ask about accessing, exporting, or deleting data tied to your account by contacting us at hello@onescale.pro.
